The Madera Group, an Los Angeles-based hospitality leader behind acclaimed concepts Toca Madera and Tocaya Organica, launched an all-new, delivery-only concept called Modern Organic Mexican or nickname M|O|M. The service offers the brand's signature take on Mexican cuisine using fresh, locally-sourced organic ingredients with a focus on traditional home style Mexican dishes. Menu items include tacos, taquitos, burritos, quesadillas, empanadas, salads and more sure to satisfy meat eaters and vegans alike. The service is now available to Angelenos from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. via Postmates and UberEATS.

The Madera Group currently includes 6 Tocaya Organica locations, which include 5 throughout Southern California and one in South Florida and a Toca Madera location in West Hollywood. The Madera Group’s strategic expansion will include an additional 40 venues opening throughout the U.S. and abroad.
